I am a big fan of your blog and rely on your knowledge to get me through my projects every week. As far air travel goes, your attitude is refreshing. I make a point of contacting the airline with my complaint in the hopes that someday the perfect trip will come true for me, but since it has not worked yet, I will have to try a page from your book.
