I usually make a shortcut on my desktop to the folder that I'm working with if it gets repetative. (I usually do this by dragging the cute folder icon off of an explorer window to the desktop)

Then you just click dekstop, and your shortcut, and you are there.

ie: E:\WorkMobile\snap\preLaunch\interface\flashExportTest is the folder i'm working with as i wait for my coffee... Reduces 5 double clicks to 1, and also gives you a place to get back to your work folder if you inadvertantly close it like I do all the time.
